We explain how your personal data is collected, used, and protected to keep your information safe and secure.

Privacy Policy

Low Hanging Impact is a trading name of Arlbeck OÜ, an Estonian company. This page explains how we handle personal data.

What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to submit our contact form (hosted on Google Forms). The form asks for your name, email address, and organisation, plus any details you choose to share about your enquiry.

Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether our services are a fit, and — if you don't proceed straight away — to follow up by email with related offers and updates that may be relevant to your organisation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, and you can opt out of follow-ups at any time by replying "unsubscribe".

Who we share it with
We use Google (Forms and Workspace) to receive and store enquiries, and Slack to communicate with clients. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as it's useful for our working relationship, and delete it on request.

Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.

Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics or tracking pixels. Webflow (our website host) may set basic functional cookies needed to serve the site.

Changes
We'll update this policy if our practices change.
